The song "La tierra del Joropo" is performed by Kira Topalian & Maria-Laura Blanco Tover. Video edited by Finnbarr Richman. Kira Topalian is a musician and visual artist originally from Connecticut who moved to Belfast to study Conflict Transformation and Social Justice. Maria-Laura Blanco Tover is a musician and Joropo dance teacher living in Arauca who has been invited onto the Natali Márquez Foundation programme. The Foundation aims to support young women in Northern Ireland & Colombia to assist them to develop and use their creative skills as young activist leaders, defenders of human rights, and agents of social change.The Foundation was established by Natali's sister Ingrid and members of Beyond Skin, Escuelas de Paz and Brehon Advisory. www.beyondskin.net/natali-marquez-foundation

The video was a direct creative outcome of the project. The project is part of Belfast City Council’s PEACE IV Plan, which is financed through the European Union and managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB)
